On the historical southern gable of building 1, Jacaranda House, the date 1974 appears. It is estimated that the farm itself is even older than this date.
Herrmann and Eva Rudolph, both architects, from Germany, purchased the prime property in
2021 and engaged CS Studio Architects in 2021 to work with them on restoring the buildings to
the high-quality venue it is today.
